In FIFA 15 Free Agents are allocated to teams when you start your career mode, so unfortunately you cannot pick up any of these guys for free like in previous versions. By definition, a free agent is just a player that is not attached to any of the playable clubs in career mode. This is usually because a player plays in a league unlicensed by EA or they were unsigned at the start of the season.

The usual suspects from last year are still here, although they’ve all been surpassed by James Rodríguez for the best young player trophy.
Here is the updated player database of the best young talents in FIFA 14 as taken from the squad update released after the winter transfer period. Most of the transfers appear to be here, although there’s likely to be some deadline day dealings missing. The original FIFA 14 Best Young Players list is still available for those with original squads. To be eligible for inclusion players must have a potential of 75+ and be aged 25 or less at the start of the season.
